Stitchflow
Orders, measurements, khaata and workers for tailor shops, used by 50+ shops.
Stitchflow takes a tailor shop off paper, and more than 50 tailor shops already run on it. Customers, measurements, orders, payments, fabric stock, workers and expenses live in one system, and customers can check their own order status with their phone number.

01 · The problem
Most tailor shops still run on order slips, measurement notebooks and a khaata register. Slips go missing, measurements are taken again on every visit, and in the Eid rush nobody is sure which suit is at which stage or who has paid what.
Measurements kept in notebooks that are hard to search
Customers phoning to ask whether their order is ready
Advances and balances tracked by hand
02 · What Stitchflow does
Stitchflow gives every customer a record with saved measurements, and every order a stage, a due date, a worker and a balance. The shop decides its own order stages, and customers follow progress on a tracking link.
Measurement profiles saved once and reused
Order stages the shop chooses, such as cutting, stitching, trial and ready
A tracking page where customers enter their phone number
